两种复方中草药添加剂对鲤鱼生长性能和肌肉品质的影响

摘要(Abstract):

为研究两种对鲤(Cyprinuscarpio)生长性能和体成分影响效果较好的复方中草药最适浓度添加量,将两种复方中草药分别以质量分数7‰、15‰加入到鲤基础饲料中,实验组分为对照组(CO)、7‰复方1组(A1)、15‰复方1组(A2)、7‰复方2组(B1)、15‰复方2组(B2),每组3个重复,每个重复放初体重(6.90±0.25)g的鲤30尾,养殖实验共进行60 d.结果表明:两种复方中草药皆是15‰实验组促生长效果好于7‰实验组,复方2组促生长效果高于复方1组;各组复方中草药的使用不同程度的降低了饲料系数;复方1的使用提高了全鱼蛋白含量,15‰实验组效果最好,复方2的使用提高了全鱼、肝脏的脂肪含量,7‰复方2组肝脏脂肪含量显著高于对照组和复方1组(P<0.05);氨基酸总量和鲜味氨基酸含量皆是7‰复方2组最高,氨基酸总量高于对照组9.51%、鲜味氨基酸含量高于对照组8.99%,7‰复方1组氨基酸总量和鲜味氨基酸含量最低,差异不明显(P>0.05);7‰复方1组DHA含量高于对照组5.17%,各组之间差异不明显(P>0.05),7‰复方1组多不饱和脂肪酸含量显著高于其它实验组(P<0.05),7‰复方2组显著低于其它实验组(P<0.05),7‰复方1组脂肪酸总量显著低于其它实验组(P<0.05),其它各组差异不明显(P>0.05).实验结果表明:7‰复方2组综合效果(促生长、饲料系数、氨基酸组成、肌肉口感、经济投入)最好.
Cyprinuscarpio weighing(6.9±0.25)g were fed basal diet(CO as control group) and basal diet supplemented with two kinds of compound Chinese herbal medicines(CHM) with mass fraction of 7‰ and 15‰ respectively(7‰ compound 1 groups A1,15‰ Compound 1 groups A2,7‰ compound 2 groups B1,15‰ Compound 2 groups B2)for 60 days, to evaluate the effect of CHM on growth performance and body composition in Cyprinuscarpio.Five experimental groups set 3 replications which include 30 Cyprinuscarpio.The results showed that under the same treatment of two CHM 15‰ experimental group promoted growth better than 7‰ experimental group, and two groups under the treatment of compound 2 groups(7‰ B2 and 15‰ B2) promoted growth better than compound 1 groups(7‰ A1 and 15‰ A1). The use of CHM in each group reduced the food conversion ratio to varying degrees. The fish in group 7‰ A2 and 15‰ A2 had a higher protein content of whole fish, especially in group 15‰ A2.Compound 2 groups significantly improved the fat content of whole fish and liver. The fat content of group 7‰ A1 was significantly higher than group CO, group 7‰ A1 and group 15‰ B1(P<0.05). The group 7‰ B1 had the highest total amino acid content which was 9.51% higher than the control group and had the highest umami amino acid content which was 8.99% higher than group CO. There was no significance in total amino acid content and the umami amino acid content in group 7‰ A1(P>0.05). The DHA content of group 7‰ A1 was higher than the control group of 5.17%, the difference between the groups was not obvious(P>0.05).The polyunsaturated fatty acid of group 7‰ A1 was significantly higher than other experimental groups(P<0.05), and group 7‰ B1 was significantly lower than other experimental groups(P<0.05). The total fatty acid content of group 7‰ A1 was significantly lower than other experimental groups(P<0.05), and there was no significance in other experimental groups(P>0.05). In conclusion,comprehensive growth,FCR,and amino acid group,muscle taste effects and economic input were most appropriate in the group 7‰ compound 2 groups.
