国内虚拟地理环境研究综述

摘要(Abstract):

随着虚拟现实等技术的快速发展,面向复杂地理问题求解和地理分析的虚拟地理环境成为地理信息科学研究的重要方向.本文以中国学术期刊网络出版总库为数据来源,通过文献计量软件CiteSpace绘制虚拟地理环境研究的知识图谱,对我国虚拟地理环境研究的时空变化、热点前沿进行可视化分析.结果表明:虚拟地理环境研究经历了一段快速发展时期后,其理论体系、结构功能已较为完善;现阶段研究热点集中在突破技术难题以实现理论方法与实例应用的共同发展上,以发挥虚拟地理环境的地理认知与分析能力;同时虚拟地理环境与新兴技术如物联网、云计算的结合也是发展重心.
With the rapid development of virtual reality technique, the virtual geographic environment(VGE), aiming to resolve complex geographic problems and geographic analysis, becomes an important research issue in the geographic information science. A synthetic review of the VGE development process and research results can improve our understanding on its research trend and provide theoretical and practical suggestions for future research. Using China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) as data sources, this paper adopted the CiteSpace software to visualize the time-space variations and research hotspots of VGE in China. The results show that a relatively integrated theory system and structure function of VGE has been established after a high-speed developing period. The current studies mainly focus on resolving the key techniques and achieving the mutual development between theory and applications. The applications of the VGE are still scarce, which indicates its high potential in expressing and analyzing geographic information. Furthermore, the synthetic coupling with some emerging techniques, e.g., internet of things and cloud computing is one of the key points.
