基于群体智能的人群疏散路径规划仿真研究

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了一种基于群体智能的人群疏散路径规划仿真方法.该方法结合群体智能的宏观模型与具有个体动力学特征的微观模型,提出综合两种模型优势的人群疏散仿真模型以及基于人工蜂群算法的动态路径规划算法.算法借鉴人工蜂群算法的原理,根据出口的个数及拥挤度对人群分组,然后在每个群组选取一个引领者.引领者带领群组向出口移动.移动过程中,群组内执行改进的社会力模型,以保证群组内的个体避免碰撞并且方向一致.针对突发事件人群疏散中疏散效率方面存在的技术瓶颈,探索基于群体智能的人群疏散路径规划的理论框架和体系,旨在为应急管理部门对人群疏散辅助决策提供支持.
This paper introduces a simulation method of crowd evacuation path planning based on swarm intelligence. This method combines the macroscopic model of swarm intelligence with the microscopic model with individual dynamic characteristics, and proposes a crowd evacuation simulation model that combines the advantages of the two models and a dynamic path planning algorithm based on artificial bee colony algorithm. Based on the principle of artificial bee colony algorithm, this algorithm groups the population according to the number of exits and congestion degree, and then selects a leader for each group. The leader leads the group to move to the exit. During the movement, an improved social force model is implemented within the group to ensure that individuals within the group avoid collisions and are in the same direction. Aiming at the technical bottleneck of evacuation efficiency in emergency crowd evacuation, this paper explores the theoretical framework and system of crowd evacuation path planning based on swarm intelligence. The purpose is to provide support for emergency management departments in assistant decision-making of crowd evacuation.
